I began the first decade of my Fudōsandō by pursuing education, earning a master's degree in Business and Organizational Management. In the next phase of my journey, I gained practical skills as a real estate broker at Colliers International, which provided me with a global perspective on the industry. I further developed my career in finance at Swedbank, deepening my knowledge in financial management and risk control. After these foundational stages, I took the leap into "battle" – founding my first tech startup. To broaden my perspective and gain international experience, I moved to Spain, where I co-founded the real estate agency iCasa and worked as a researcher at Citymart, implementing urban innovation projects in major cities like Lagos (Nigeria), San Francisco (USA), Moscow (Russia), and Barcelona (Spain).

After concluding my first professional decade in Spain, I returned to Riga to begin the next phase of my journey – transforming my accumulated knowledge into strategic projects. Combining my experience in urban innovation and insights into co-working spaces, I created Riga Powerhouse – a creative co-working hub that attracted 25 companies with 500 employees and won the MIPIM Open Stage award at the world’s largest real estate exhibition in Cannes. Continuing along the path of integrating technology and real estate, I partnered with Crowdestate in Latvia, laying the foundation for crowdfunding culture in the country – attracting investments totaling millions of euros, including an industry record of €950,000 raised in just 24 hours.

Later, I founded and led the investment company VILIA, which successfully carried out projects like Hoffmann Residences, Dainas, and Hallo Lofts, as well as developed solar energy parks, thereby expanding the company's operations towards sustainability. As the next step, I co-founded VILIA IBERICA SL in Barcelona, focusing on real estate acquisition through auctions and development projects across Spain.

Entering a new decade of my Fudōsandō, I am expanding the horizons of my real estate path by developing artificial intelligence technologies for the European market, focusing on localization in Latvia, Spain, and Germany. Through IVANOVS ACADEMY, training products are being developed for real estate brokers, while IVANOVS.AI is evolving into an innovative AI platform for end-users in real estate, providing effective and data-driven solutions for market participants.
